H&M’s "Fashion Against AIDS"!

Bill, Tom, Gustav & Georg created an awesome design for H&M! For this year’s Fashion Against AIDS campaign, our four fellows created their very own T-Shirt, which will hit the shelves at H&M stores on May 28th 2009! From all the profits generated through the sales of this campaign, 25% will be donated to support projects to increase awareness about HIV / AIDS amongst young people. This is what Tokio Hotel’s brand new shirt looks like:

When H&M asked the boys whether they wanted to join the „Fashion Against AIDS“ campaign they were on board right away and Bill told us: „We didn't hesitate a second to participate in this campaign. It's a wicked combination to be able to create your very own shirt and increase awareness about AIDS at the same time.“

...French girl gang. A case that's getting more and more bizarre. While the girls after the fuel station brawl initially were portrayed as victims, it now seems to be clear that they are stalkers. For they show all the signs: Loyal fan love one the one side, one the other side, pursuing the band to a point where it becomes unbearable. What brings the girls to their extreme acts, and what the boys of TH have yet to fear - Cornelia Hanneman and Fiona Nickel report.

They seem tense. Continuous nail-biting is supposed to calm them. An insecure smile attempts to divert. The girls are nervous and are afraid, for the stalkers of TH have now themselves become targets:

Noemie: "They're saying: 'Yeah, we'll kill you!' Girls from the US say they want to take a plane to come and beat us down. And ... yeah, that's pretty much scary stuff."

Probably not only that. For there could also be legal consequences for the girls. It's said that TH want to press charges for stalking. The French girls had been following the band for months. Only when Tom Kaulitz lost his composure at this fuel station and knocked down one of the girls, everything became known to the public. And the public rendered the judgement: Stalkers.
"But it was all different!", the girls say now.

Noemie: "I think, whenever the boys saw fans, they always thought it was us - although it wasn't always us! Sometimes, we just ran into them. Like, for example, here in the inner city."

This piece is attributed to the girls. It's a letter to TH, and it's not a love letter. In bad German it says: "The next week will be a little nightmare..." It wasn't at all meant like that, the girls justify themselves:

Noemie: "If you're talking about the letter... I mean, that was a big... misunderstandment?! Cause our German is not good at all."

The girls deny having threatened the boys - but still, they veiled themselves after the fuel station incident. They are adamant that they're no stalkers. But what exactly is "stalking", actually? Psychologist Michael Thiel explains: "Stalking comes from the English hunting vocabulary, and means something like 'hunt', 'pursue'... the hunted animal is set upon, one closes in on it."

There were car chases like in this video [Text: "Is it them?" "Get behind him!"]. "Get behind him!", one of them cries. In the jeep in front of them - Tom from TH. And also this footage, with mother Kaulitz in front of Bill and Tom's house, speaks for itself. Whether this scuffle will have legal consequences - strangely enough, the girls' lawyer doesn't know:

Benecken: "The legal status is not really clear at the moment. At any rate, we haven't heard from the police or the prosecutor's office so far, we don't know whether charges will be pressed against the ladies, or not."

The spokesperson for the Hamburg police sounds somehow differently:
Jan Krüger: "I can confirm that a complaint because of battery was filed by Mrs Kaulitz against an as yet unidentified female fan." Against one of them, that is. But how does it even happen that 20-25 year old women possibly have broken the law - because of a teenie band?!

Psychologist: "At the beginning of such a pathologic stalker development, there often are some blows of fate, like e.g., you lose your job, or you dropped out of school... and somehow, sometimes also by coincidence, you just get this idea: Ah, this celebrity could be the one to give my life meaning again, I'll follow him now, because that keeps me busy 24/7, and I don't have to think about my own life."

All four girls are from France. Three of them - Noemie, Aurande(?), Clarine - live in Germany by now. In Hamburg - the city where also their favorite band lives. They are students and are jobbing beside that, one of them is an apprentice. How they get the time and the money to chase TH so obsessively, they won't tell. It was the love for the band that brought the four together in the first place.

N: I met her here in Hamburg, and she knew the others from the internet.

They made headlines as "Afghanes on tour", their veiled faces are supposed to inflict fear, they're supposed to be a gang - but the girls deny all that. They only were innocent fans, and had not stalked TH and their families in a threatening and scary manner... But in that case, it's strange that the band stopped their recordings in LA, and stayed in Germany to protect their family. But now, all the safety measures and headlines don't matter anymore, say the girls:

N: The only image we still have in our head is that of Tom hitting our friend.

Especially for Perrine, the time as a fan is over now, after all, she was the one that got hit by Tom's fist.

P: TH is over for me.
N: We have no respect for them any more. We don't want to have anything to do with them any more, and just go on with our life.

There's no trace of self-reflection or remorse with the girls. One almost gets the feeling that the four themselves believe that they are just totally normal fans. But maybe the stalking at least comes to an end now. That certainly would be a relieve for TH.

End of the story. They won’t talk about this topic again. The boys from Tokio Hotel, citizens of Hamburg and idols of teenagers across the world, don’t want to be confronted with the agressive fan observations anymore. Manager David Jost said: “We belive that the stalking topic henceforth may be reconditioned solely by legal means.” But the successful musicians from Magdeburg, who won the Award for Best Newcomer in 2008 at the MTV Video Music Awards, don’t want to hide. Abendblatt found out that singer Bill and guitarist Tom Kaulitz (both 19), drummer Gustav Schäfer (20) and bassist Georg Listing (22) are participating in the new H & M campaign “Fashion Against AIDS”.

Here they are among the best (Musical-)Comapny. Internationally known artists like Katy Perry, Yoko Ono and burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese, have designed T-shirts, bodysuits, jersey dresses and tops, whose profits benefit AIDS projects. The sale begins on the 28th of May. “The designers recall the 80s look through white, bright and graffiti-inspired prints. The girls wear those to short skirts or washed jeans,” says H & M’s chief designer Ann-Sofie Johannson. “Guys look best with Chinos or colored jeans.” Flashback: It was the night on April 16th when there was a confrontation between Tokio Hotel Guitarist Tom Kaulitz and an obtrusive fan. The 21-year-old got wounded in the face. She had told the police that she recognized Tom Kaulitz, and that she wanted to take a picture of him. Then the guitarist threw a lit cigarette at her, which she expressed against the wheel of his car. According to the victim, the encounter ended in a brawl.

But what followed was a sort of “cry for help” of the band. For months, aggressive fans follow the successful musicians, who stormed the charts with hits like “Durch den Monsun”, told their manager the German Press Agency. “These girls are not masked fans, they are militant stalkers. That has nothing to do with Fan-Love anymore,” says David Jost. Supposedly a French group called “Les Afghans on tour” are already known for their attacks against the band. “They followed the boys and their families for months, therefore, the change of their permanent residence.”

Stalking (English: to Stalk, to creep up) denotes persistent pursuit in a mixture of jealousy and fanaticism, and is a criminal offense. In Germany it is up to three years imprisonment. Celebrities often pay a high price for their fame. It shouldn’t go this far with Tokio Hotel.

1 million views on ICH BIN DA! Fan Action TODAY!!

One million views. The goal is to show, by our viewing of the video Ich Bin Da on Universal Music's channel, that we love and support the band. Here is a brief description of the fan action, as well as how fans from other countries are able to view the video. (damn youtube restrictions). We are already starting to watch it, to drive the view count up and up and up.

"It would be a great idea if all the fans would watch Universal’s video of Ich bin da on May 1st 2009, as May Day is a day off in many countries. The goal is to show our support to Tom, the boys, their families and friends by dramatically increasing the numbers of views of this video. Ich bin da seems the most adequate video for obvious reasons.

There are many Ich bin da videos out there but it is important that we all click on the same one. The Universal version currently has less than 20 000 views, so the increase should be noticeable. It would be great if this idea could spread in every TH forums and websites to make the action more potent.

And here is how you can view it, and get around the "not available in your country".

In Firefox Tools > Options > Advanced > click on Network tab > Settings > click the Manual proxy configuration radio button > copy the IP address in the HTTP Proxy box and the port number in to the Port box > click Ok > clear your cookies and cache

In IE 7 Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab > click on the LAN Settings button (at the bottom) > check the proxy server box > paste the IP into the Address box and port into Port > clear cache and cookies To turn the proxy off just uncheck the box. Have fun.

Tom talks about the crazy girl-gang that is following the band: "It's not funny anymore!"
Nothing is funny anymore! Tokio Hotel have fear for there family. Exclusive in Bravo, Bill and Tom talk about the stalker-gang that is threatening them! Tokio Hotel captured by a disguised and masked girl-gang! More then half a year Bill (19), Tom (19), gustav (21) and Georg (22), there family and friends are being followed by a group of french girls called "les afghanes on tour". They are being insulted, threatend and also attacked! I went so far that last week Tom lost control at a Hamburger gasstation and hit the 21 year old gang member Perrine.D in the face. Now the Kaulitz twins Bill and Tom talk for the first time about what happened: "We have gotten used to the fact that there will always be stalkers", Bill exclusively against Bravo. "But when the attack our family, they cross a line. That's when the fun stops!"
What happened? At the beginning of April the mother of the Kaulitz twins is attacked in Hamburg by "les afghanes on tour". To collect evidence against the stalkers the mother of Bill and Tom photographed the girl-gang with her mobile phone. The girls went crazy after that, grabbed on to her and hit the phone out of her hand. The mother reported it to the police. Not the first case! Also other girls are being attacked by the french girls: "we also heard that", Bill says, "That is off course insane. No idea what is going on in the minds of those stalkers. Something like that shoud be stopped", the singer goes on. Many fans now worry about there loved ones. They think the band will now be angry with all the fans: "No, not at all", Tom makes clear.
"The fans shouldn't worry about that. We will never put them together in the same box as those stalkers. We can't hold or fans responsable for the actions of a few insane girls. The opposite: we are happy our fans support us so much". Some of the fans of the Magdeburger band are now taking it to another level: They are starting a hunt for the terror-gang! On the internet many come together and RockStarStephi" tells in her youtube video that she and her friends are planning an attack on the "afghans" group. "We wanna drive to Germany and make it a little hotter beneath there feet", she tells. Also in other videos you can see words like "We will find you b******"and "lets start the hunt". A war between fans and stalkers? The "les afghanes on tour" have now locked themselves in out of fear", an insider tells. That doesn't give Bill or Tom any comfort. The actually should have been in Los Angeles with producer David Jost (36), to record more vocals and guiter plays for the third album.
Out of fear that the stalker-gang would get close to there mom again they have cancelled the trip. When they have it on paper from the police that "les afghanes on tour" aren't allowed to come near the family and the band member anymore, tokio hotel will fly to the USA again to continue on there album.
David Jost: "The lawyer of 3 of the "afghanes" members have contacted the lawyer of Bill and Tom. He has proposed to settle this outside court. "The representative agreed under the condition that they wouldn't come near the family anymore. we have recieved the news that "les afghanes on tour" have completely smashed down the proposal", David Jost tells. "according to my information e only have a complain against one of the stalkers". an end to the terror isn't in sight yet....."

Fans want war
Crazy! On the internet a whole hate hunt has started against the tokio hotel-hate-gang. On several fan forums and on youtube the fans from all voer the world come together to go against the stalkers. "now is our turn, revenge is sweet", it says. The fans wanna protect Gustav, Georg, Toma and Bill from other attacks....

New Tokio Hotel Album?
I am a huge tokio hotel fans and think it is the most awesome band in the world!
I also know everything about the boys. Though, there is still a question unanswered: when will the new tokio hotel album come out?

Der Streit zwischen „Tokio Hotel“ und ihren angeblichen Extrem-Fans wird immer bizarrer!

Die Französin Noemai (20) von der Mädchengang „Les Afghanes on Tour“behauptete, sie wären von der Mutter der Zwillinge Bill (19) und Tom Kaulitz (19) mit einer PET-Colaflasche angegriffen worden.

Jetzt wehrt sich Deutschlands erfolgreichste Rockband gegen die Vorwürfe.

„Diese Stalker sind tatsächlich so dreist zu behaupten, dass nicht sie die Mutter angegriffen haben, sondern umgekehrt“, sagt „Tokio Hotel“-Produzent und Manager David Jost empört. „Das wird ja immer abenteuerlicher hier!“

Seit einem halben Jahr sollen die französischen Mädchen „Tokio Hotel“ belästigen, bedrohen, ihnen vor ihren Wohnungen auflauern, sie auf der Autobahn verfolgen.

David Jost: „Ich hoffe nicht, dass die Stalker weitere Angriffe planen. Wir werden jetzt nicht nur einzelne Mitglieder, sondern die gesamte Stalker-Gang anzeigen und gerichtlich durchsetzen, dass sie sich der Band und vor allem deren Familien nicht mehr nähern dürfen.

The battle between tokio hotel and there so called extreme fans is getting even more bizarre!

The french girl Noemai (20) from the girl-gang "les afghanes on tour" claims they were attacked by the mother of the twins Bill (19) and Tom Kaulitz (19) with a cola bottle.

Now Germany's most famous rockband is defending themselves.

'these stalkers are really that arrogant to claim that they didn't attack the mother, but the other way around", tells tokio hotel producer and manager David Jost annoyed. "it is getting even more bizarre here!"

Since a half year the french girls have followed and threatened tokio hotel, were hanging around in front of there house and chasing them on the highway.

David Jost: "I don't hope they are planning more attacks. We don't just wanna pres charges against one member anymore but the whole group and will push through that they aren't allowed to come close to the band or the family anymore."

Nothing is funny anymore! Tokio Hotel have fear for there family. Exclusive in Bravo, Bill and Tom talk about the stalker-gang that is threatening them! Tokio Hotel captured by a disguised and masked girl-gang! More then half a year Bill (19), Tom (19), gustav (21) and Georg (22), there family and friends are being followed by a group of french girls called "les afghanes on tour". They are being insulted, threatend and also attacked! I went so far that last week Tom lost control at a Hamburger gasstation and hit the 21 year old gang member Perrine.D in the face. Now the Kaulitz twins Bill and Tom talk for the first time about what happened: "We have gotten used to the fact that there will always be stalkers", Bill exclusively against Bravo. "But when the attack our family, they cross a line. That's when the fun stops!"
What happened? At the beginning of April the mother of the Kaulitz twins is attacked in Hamburg by "les afghanes on tour". To collect evidence against the stalkers the mother of Bill and Tom photographed the girl-gang with her mobile phone. The girls went crazy after that, grabbed on to her and hit the phone out of her hand. The mother reported it to the police. Not the first case! Also other girls are being attacked by the french girls: "we also heard that", Bill says, "That is off course insane. No idea what is going on in the minds of those stalkers. Something like that shoud be stopped", the singer goes on. Many fans now worry about there loved ones. They think the band will now be angry with all the fans: "No, not at all", Tom makes clear.
"The fans shouldn't worry about that. We will never put them together in the same box as those stalkers. We can't hold or fans responsable for the actions of a few insane girls. The opposite: we are happy our fans support us so much". Some of the fans of the Magdeburger band are now taking it to another level: They are starting a hunt for the terror-gang! On the internet many come together and RockStarStephi" tells in her youtube video that she and her friends are planning an attack on the "afghans" group. "We wanna drive to Germany and make it a little hotter beneath there feet", she tells. Also in other videos you can see words like "We will find you b******"and "lets start the hunt". A war between fans and stalkers? The "les afghanes on tour" have now locked themselves in out of fear", an insider tells. That doesn't give Bill or Tom any comfort. The actually should have been in Los Angeles with producer David Jost (36), to record more vocals and guiter plays for the third album.
Out of fear that the stalker-gang would get close to there mom again they have cancelled the trip. When they have it on paper from the police that "les afghanes on tour" aren't allowed to come near the family and the band member anymore, tokio hotel will fly to the USA again to continue on there album.
David Jost: "The lawyer of 3 of the "afghanes" members have contacted the lawyer of Bill and Tom. He has proposed to settle this outside court. "The representative agreed under the condition that they wouldn't come near the family anymore. we have recieved the news that "les afghanes on tour" have completely smashed down the proposal", David Jost tells. "according to my information e only have a complain against one of the stalkers". an end to the terror isn't in sight yet....."

Fans want war
Crazy! On the internet a whole hate hunt has started against the tokio hotel-hate-gang. On several fan forums and on youtube the fans from all voer the world come together to go against the stalkers. "now is our turn, revenge is sweet", it says. The fans wanna protect Gustav, Georg, Toma and Bill from other attacks....

New Tokio Hotel Album?
I am a huge tokio hotel fans and think it is the most awesome band in the world!
I also know everything about the boys. Though, there is still a question unanswered: when will the new tokio hotel album come out?

Girl gang stops new Tokio Hotel album

Bill [19] and Tom Kaulitz [19] should have been in Los Angeles finishing up their new album. The flights were booked but the "Tokio Hotel" twins stayed. Out of fear for the life of their mother, which the French girl gang "Les Afghanes On Tour" have threatened.

Eleven days ago, Tom apparently hit Perrine D. [21], a French woman at a Hamburg gas station. Before that she was said to have insulted him before pressing out a cigarette on his car.

The boiling point from months of hunting the musicians? "After numerous harassments and threats, there have been many occasions where there were near accidents caused by car chases by these stalkers," says manager David Jost to BamS. Bill and Tom send in a complaint, Perrine D. as did as well.

Then the lawyer of the French women made a proposal to draw back Perrine D's complaint if the twins did the same. "We did it under the condition that they hand in a agreement for a restraining order so that they stay away from the band and their families." But instead of signing, the young women fired their lawyer. Jost: "This way we won't be dropping our charges. Our attorney applied for protection and still the charges that will go against the others."

Already in the past these girls had thrown bottles at the band's cars, says the band's manager. On April 8th, the young women threatened the mother of the twins. Jost: "Threatening their mother and in this case attacking her is if the worst that could happen to Bill and Tom. As soon as it comes to their family members, the twins push every other priority aside." This is why Bill and Tom don't want to leave their mother alone at the moment.

But where does this incredible hate on the band come from? An insider from the fan circle explained to the magazine "Bravo" not to long ago: "A year ago, a few of the French girls rented an apartment on the same grounds as the Tokio Hotel twins, just to get closer to them." But Bill and Tom wanted their peace on their free days. The insider continues: "The stalkers on the other hand didn't want to accept that and got angry." What's going on with the band girls at the moment seriously doesn’t' have anything to do with fan love anymore.

Is David Jost aggravating things?

The manager of Tokio Hotel makes another declaration through an article of Bild that might add fuel to the fire: “The new album of Tokio Hotel is at a break!”

It seems that Bill and Tom are staying by their mother’s side because it would be the worst thing for them that she’s endangered and they lay aside other priorities!

Many start to ask questions abut this story and find things illogic!

Indeed, Not one moment Tom’s act of violence seems regretted, that would’ve
soothed the situation.

Of course the Stalking as it is related is unbearable but the time should be for regrets and the seek of calm.

The sanctions will fall on the two sides.

Some fans understand that Tom Kaulitz could loose it, but less that he could hit.
David Jost is charging heavily the stalkers and therefore don’t talk one bit of regret concerning Tom.
This declaration would kind of makes them guilty of “stopping” the new album will provoke another anger for the fans, if not more.

Must one play with the sensible string and talk about their mother to mobilise the Tokio Hotel fans even more against the stalkers?

It is a bit clumsy.

Knowing that, like it was said, they were supposed to go to Los Angeles to finish this album (It’s difficult as well to make head or tail with all those declarations concerning the new album and the release date),the other solution could’ve been bringing their mother along with them to recover from all these events and to make most of the sun in California or hire a security team to protect her.

Everybody’s eager for the official version reported by the two parties and the conclusion of this case.

Vor elf Tagen soll Tom an einer Tankstelle in Hamburg der Französin Perrine D. (21) geschlagen haben. Sie soll ihn zuvor beschimpft und eine Zigarette an seinem Auto ausgedrückt haben.

Höhepunkt einer monatelangen Jagd auf die Musiker? „Neben zahlreichen Belästigungen und Drohungen wäre es wegen der Autoverfolgungsjagden der Stalker auch schon mehrmals fast zu Verkehrsunfällen gekommen“, sagte Manager David Jost zu BamS. Bill und Tom erstatteten Anzeige, Perrine D. ebenfalls.

....The idea is that you get together with your fan club (if you are a member of one) and if not you can gather with your fan-friends (the more the better) and took a photo of you with a cartel made by yourselves that includes the flag and name of your country, and of course: “Real fans against stalkers… We support Tom”. With this photos we would make an album and gave it to the band. (NOTE: If you are a lot and you don’t fit very well on the picture you can take more than one)...

“Tokio Hotel’s guitar player, hits a fan” It seemed untrue when I saw the news. Could this be true? It’s real or just a rumor just like many others on the internet? Unfortunately it isn’t. Thousands of newspapers and websites talks about Tom’s attitude. They have been writing about this in the last few days, giving details and different points of view that in my opinion are stuck on the problem’s surface.

We can’t forget that in this “fight” two people were involved. We are tired of reading how they destroy our favorite guitar player, but What about the fan? What’s going on with the girl? Media treated her as “the victim.” Does this is completely true? I have been talking and talking about this. This has gone too far and must stop. What, or who has to be stopped? The “fans” or better said stalkers. Girls that almost live in front of Kaulitz’s home, who destroy private property to enter the studio. Girls that violates private property just to get a photo. The ones that bother Kaulitz’s mother. Who could do such things? Of course I’m talking about the French woman and friends that present charges against Tom. She is the on that has been doing this, and not for days or weeks… She’s been doing it for almost a year!

New information is known. The woman could be part of a group self-named “Afghans on tour” (How sick they must be to create a group to harass artists?) I don’t justify Tom’s attitude. Violence is never the answer. Tom Kaulitz didn’t act right, and believe me, he knows it. But this type of people are just STALKERS (for saying it nicely) that are making us, real fans, look bad.

I’ve been thinking. If our goals became one when supporting them voting or in that kind of events… Why don’t do it now? This are hard times for our guys and we have to show them what we are made of. “Real fans against stalkers… We support Tom” Is the idea of a fan-action whose goal is to spread the facts so that everyone could make their own judgment. Also to show that real fans known that they are just normal people and that we respect their privacy.
